The patient is a 79-year-old female who came to see Dr. Shaun Parson, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ.  She wanted lower face correction but also wanted to address the hollow feeling in her face.  in a facelift /neck lift. Dr. Parson and the patient decided together that she would be a great candidate for a facelift /neck lift, as well as fat transfer to her cheeks.
