Cece is a native of Arizona who started in the medical aesthetics industry in 2016.

After her time at Barrow Neurological Institute as a Neurological/Telemetry Nurse, Cece discovered an interest in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Nursing. Naturally fueled by a passion for helping others, she is drawn to treating her patients holistically, physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Her diverse experience as a Registered Nurse and as a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses combined with over six years of full-time aesthetic injecting provides Dr. Parson Plastic Surgery & Skin Center clients the assurance they are getting the best service possible.

She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University in 2015 and earned her Laser Technician certification in 2021.
