Breast Revision Patient 20

This patient came to Dr. Shaun Parson after having a breast augmentation with another surgeon out of state. She presented with an infected left breast, with which she lived for over a year. Dr. Parson thought the first step of action in this two-pronged surgical approach would be to remove both implants and let the body heal. After the body healed which was about 4-5 months later, the patient was then able to undergo a bilateral mastopexy with breast augmentation. On the right side, she was able to have a 330 cc implant placed but due to the infection on the left side, Dr. Parson and the patient agreed to have a smaller 210cc implant placed, but accompanied with a fat transfer to her breasts. Pictures are shown 1-month post-op. Patient is doing great and loves her results.
