42 female patient underwent a combination procedure with both a general surgeon and board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shaun Parson. During this first procedure patient had a right breast mastectomy along with placement of a tissue expander. To achieve the overall desired look and feel and to create the most balanced appearance, patient elected to have Dr. Parson perform reconstruction placing breast implants into both breasts, as well as having a fat transfer, from her mid section to achieve a uniform look.
