This 45-year-old was looking to enhance the overall shape and appearance of her breasts with a breast lift. Patient is 5'4 and about 140 pounds. She felt that due to her previous pregnancies she was very deflated. She underwent a bilateral augmentation mastopexy with the placement of 375 cc saline implants. Post op pictures are at 9 months out.
