This is a 18-year-old female who was unhappy with the appearance of her 34H breasts and sought a consultation with breast surgeon Dr. Shaun Parson in Scottsdale, AZ. The patient has back pain, shoulder pain, bra strap grooving and would really prefer to be more of a C-cup. She elected to undergo a mastopexy procedure.
